This week's post returns us to Nevada for a stop at the Valley of Fire State Park. It is located northeast of Las Vegas and was the final destination for our road trip. The park is loaded with gorgeous sandstone formations and amazing panoramas. We toured the area, stopping to hike and explore several of the trails located throughout the park.
The photo I've chosen to showcase this week was taken along the White Domes trail. This photo really displays the incredible colors in the rock and captures the beauty of the park.
There are so many amazing views in the Valley of Fire, and the colors were absolutely breathtaking. I will definitely be back for another visit!
